I'd assumed it was a match fitness issue. No better game to get competitive minutes in his legs than tonight

As domalino's just said, seems like it's a general fitness issue. If so, he has no excuses to still be unfit, and doesn't deserve to start this evening.

How can anybody not if they’re a fan of football?

Even in them YouTube reaction videos people compiled together of rags ranting as we are thrashing them, when Haaland score his second and third you can see them pretty much laughing about it at that point because it’s just ridiculous, even though they’re fuming too.

Obviously there will always be bitter fans of other teams, but I think generally speaking most people just hold their hands up and acknowledge he’s great viewing and a great player and enjoy it.
