That is the issue - they simply set up a united tribute club, choosiing that name to cash in and trade on the back of the rags.
Instantly alienating 50% of "the community" they claim.to be a club for.

They'd never have gone for Central as a name to prevent the MCFC initials. North Manchester or Manchester North End would have been better and playing in non red colours and being a true stand alone club like Abbey Hey and the two Wythenshawe sides

I see they are hosting a business lunch with the aim of attracting more local businesses to support the club. Any Blue running a business wouldn't dream of sinking their profits into the rag lite outfit to prop up that sinking ship
