Defending a crooked organisation that owes honest, hard working Manchester council tax payers £900k ++ now that’s what they do best.
Being a North Manchester resident this whole vanity project, started by long gone & now very wealthy chancers doesn’t make me angry anymore it’s gone beyond that.
My neighbours and I were threatened with legal action a few months back about over hanging hedges - nobody’s were! The one we personally were asked to cut back turned out to belong to the bloody council!
Luckily we have access to legal help and managed to frighten them off.
Every person threatened works for a living, one family were going through hell at the time with a seriously ill child in and out of Manchester Children’s Hospital, and actually pays what’s demanded by the council when required.
We are all decent people.
This abhorrent drain on council funding continues not to be taken to task about their debt.
The corporate side must be taken into council control. It’s immoral, unjust and barely legal that people are stealing a living from the function room.
If the council took control of that side of the business then staff would be employed under a fair and just recruitment process and not the jobs for the boys like it is now.
I know that’s true because I posted on here a while back and opened a world of pain with my GLW.

If I had one issue - City fans and Munich - back in the day disgracefully yes.
Thankfully it’s called out by Blues these days and rightly so.
I suppose the argument there would be that they don’t come to the Etihad so what they are saying is based on hearsay.
What’s it got to do with fc nytid though? They all turned their collective backs on the club that suffered that awful tragedy.

If the break even figure is 500, where is the rest of the money going ?
Ignoring the liar is lying, a break even figure means that money pays for all the wages, maintenance and debt repayment.
We know the debt isn't being repaid but again let's ignore that. On the liars figures, 1700 fans should mean the club are in profit...... but their not.
