The game was called off at half 7 on Saturday as part of the terrace roof had blown off.

Match on tonight, long drive north for the rags. The winner is at home to bamber bridge in the next round. A Workington win would be another calamity for them as they’d lose a Saturday league game. We all know they’d point to that, shake their buckets and wring their hands completely overlooking that the business plan once again is a complete work of fiction & yet again they aren’t close to hitting their targeted profit.

Have they paid monthly repayments for August, September and October?

Isn't their break even figure something over 2000 ? It also seems like every time they play at the Pallet shed,its nowhere near or even same day as the out of town big scum. Do you think they're getting help being left to play nowhere near the scums kick off times ? I'd say it doesn't matter what the council do to help them, they're still not getting their money back!

I dont know pal. I remember reading on here that the break even figure was north of 2000. @Mostonisblue might know this. Just like their bigger cuntish brothers, they get way fuckin murder.

They pay fuck all rent. When they were given the land the council gave it them with a peppercorn lease that was either £1 for 125 years or for £1 per year for 125 years.
I ask how much rates do Abbey Hey and the two Wythenshawe sides pay per year on the land they use?
As for the need for higher gates compared to other clubs in their league surviving on gates of 500, well those other clubs don’t have Chief Executives on 30 plus grand a year who in turn employs a mate or two on equally vulgar wages……
Those days of nepotism may have gone but their legacy (the debt) still has to be paid for….

I've just paid my last council tax bill of £58.41 to Manchester City Council,( I moved to Thornton -Cleveleys last week)after being a rate payer since November 1989.
Thankfully they won't get another penny of council tax from me, to subside this joke of a so called football club.
