Why they going under? Haven't they got a big fanbase for their level that can cover costs easily?

AllI can tell you is that they were trading at a loss. That's not sustainable for a little club like that.

With regards to singing, thye used to sing "Oh FC United, the only club in Manchester without any debt" when they first started.

Unfortunately now there is only one club in Manchester without any debt...but it isn't them.

Bury will be fucked if FC Utd go under or move out. That £150k rent they get of them has revitalised them, wiping out their debts and investing in the side.

They sing about us alright, they're like the rags but even bigger fuckwits. One second their singing anti-city and scouse songs (basically all united fans know) the next they're banging on about how much they hate glazers.

Being that they are in negotiations with the council does this mean that they will get some sort of aid or grant for the new ground they are proposing?

If so, would any of that cash come from the 'ring fenced' sport fund that the council take from our stadium?

If so again, how do we protest?

It might mean that they are looking to build on or develop the astroturf on Ten Acres Lane as this is owned and run by Manchester City Council.
