Its great that our GREAT club has moved on from the dark days of level 3 football, and its great that we can now plan the annual trip to Europe, but in our darkest days, the fans seemed a lot more up for it, enjoyed it more, and had a houmour that was second to non.
what i fear, is that what carried us from season to season was that bond, that real blues had, it seems to me , that OK the goal posts have been moved, but there isnt as much enthusiasm at matches, we seem to have lost a large part of our personality, its still the same club, but bar, HAMBERG. the DERBY, BIN DIPPERS,spuds , the atmosphear is missing its soul, the atmosphear at maine road was special, because of the fans, after all the stadium was at best, like a continetal quilt, but it had a personality all of its own, i fear that we left that behind when we moved, i fear we wont get it back no matter how succesful we become, and i do feel were on the cusp of our greatist time in our history. i just feel we need to get the old atmosphear back on a more concistant basis, as it will make matchdays even more special.
