The Premier League doesn’t exist on 24th February.

We are in a Cup final. That’s the only thing that matters that day. Anyone pre-occupied with anything else has their priorities wrong.

We can worry about the Prem from the Monday onwards.

What a strange thing to say. The Liverpool game is on before the cup final, therefore nobody will be "pre-occupied" with anything. We aren't players, we are fans, and it isn't about "priorities", it is about wanting the best for City. If you want the best for City, you want United to win this game. Obviously.

I’d change the wording and say I want Liverpool to drop points haha... but I won’t be watching the game, I won’t care about that game on that day, it won’t exist to me on the day, I’ll pay attention to it the day after.

We are in a Cup final, nothing else exists or matters to me that day. If Liverpool win I’d hate it to have even a 5% lessening affect on our support for the boys in the final because fans have been thinking about that game too much and feel a bit gutted Liverpool have won because they’ve put far too much emphasis on that game.
 
Martial and Lingard will miss the Liverpool game for the Rags.

I presumed this would be good news as I thought they were both shit, but, my rag mate tells me this will make them less effective going forward and is a blow to them. Who'd have thought it, hey? They are big players for Utd by all accounts!!!! That's unfortunate news for the rag followers. Imagine relying on them. Really is tough times over there.

Anywho, back on topic, he said its similar to if we don't play Sane and Sterling and Mahrez fills in. Slows them up. I didn't know they attacked fast Utd. You live and learn i suppose.
 
Could be a crucial day in the title race for two reasons:

1) Liverpool losing would dent their confidence and will have completely lost their air of invincibility.

2) Winning the league cup in February has proven to be a springboard for title winning teams.
 
Difficult day!! You don’t know the half of it. Had to move the wife’s 50th birthday from Sunday and brought it forward to Friday
We’ll be there I saw this coming two years ago!!!
Don’t f###ing let me down City as it will be held in evidence against for the rest of my life !

Bitterness. A stain on our support. My Dad is the worse for it. Picked me up from work last night as I'd gone straight there from the airport yesterday morning. I lost the plot with him driving home on the motorway
