Shame after all the shit that Dunne has been through with us he wont get to lift a trophy but its onwards and upwards.

Under the circumstance its not like we are losing a player at his peak but i would loved to have seen him stay and have a crack at fighting for his place until January. Unfortunately if we are being honest Dunnie had become a weak link. Maybe a change of scenery will lift him once again.

Hughes gave him his chance by resigning him, but his performances havent been up to it. He should of become the player to lead us onto great things in this era and for that im sorry to see him go, but he just wasnt up to it.

What Dunne has which we need desperately is the ability to lead, we have lacked anyone with this trait since Laursen got his injury

I know we all talk up our new signings but Dunne is in no way a leader and I think they will find that out very quickly.
