it's my little lads birthday today and I've had him with me all week :-), like I got two presents myself with this news on top of being able to wake him up singing squashed tomatoes and stew.

What, like that stat they had about his away record?kippaxwarrior said:Pigeonho said:So erm, is this er, the end of the erm... agenda? ;-)
Not for a while yet
They will still be a cash cow for Sky and their armchairs. The media will try and brainwash the rag fans by saying Moyes is the right man for the job and spout other shite about him(even though hes won fuck all)
However if he doesnt hit the ground running the media will slowly turn on him and the club
I will give it about 12-18 months

The big club bias will remain there to help Moyes (though I'm not convince he'll be take over yet) Love this spend issue theyre talking about 14 million per season, dont sound half bad until you think they signed cole for british record 6 million in 1995 which was what? 9 years into his reign. the spending done over the years was substantial, for the successes (such as signing Ronaldo for 18 mil - then selling him for 80) there were a ridiculous amount of failures Taibi, Veron, Podolski, Djemba Djemba Djemba, Bebe, the list could go on and on. The one thing is none of these came cheap, some failed some sadly for us didnt. The signing of Schmeical was probably his best piece of business.Pigeonho said:So erm, is this er, the end of the erm... agenda? ;-)
Not sure I can support this club anymore after this. Smack in the teeth for us fans.
It's still quite a negative thing to report on an incoming manager. I was only posting tongue in cheek initially though, as my agenda days are gone. I did think it was funny though how Sky are already reporting negative stats about a manager who is likely to come into the club they are supposed to favour. Bottom line though is they do that with all managerial changes if a record isn't that great. They could though have reported on a more positive record.kippaxwarrior said:Pigeonho said:What, like that stat they had about his away record?kippaxwarrior said:Not for a while yet

Well that was just a seed and hopefully that will grow into a tree
Baconface will still have a lot influence within the media so im not expecting huge changes in the media just yet
