If so Fergie has achieved his goal completely. No-one is going to ask him about the game yesterday at all, or talk about United's performance. The RVP "incident" is the only thing anyone is now discussing.

Including us,if a 44 page and counting thread is any yardstick.
Even if 43 and a half pages are taking the piss.
I think it's a double-edged sword - yes pisscan is trying to deflect attention from a lacklustre performance, but he isn't half making himself look stupid in the process, and I think more and more people are starting to realise it too.
I would hope they are mate
But on the way back home earlier I was listening to R5 live and they were reporting the 'near death experience' with all due deference

I suppose we can only be grateful it wasn't Suarez who was hit - the flowers would be blocking the East Lancs Road all the way into Salford.
My car battery died in Miseryside once, and they had opened up a book of condolences before the AA man arrived.

I think what people are missing is the rant followed the question about his side dropping two points, this for me spoke volumes on his mindset.

He's shitting it that the same thing's going to happen to them again.........fear!

Apologies chaps, been making my daughter's lunch - Yep, 100% true.

I've got neck ache from shaking my head so much, the SSN presenter was trying to desperately lead him into saying stuff but to be fair the guy said it was unlikely to have had the chance to cause damage, so they cut him off!

The best bit is I've just watched the edited version of the interview, on the original he quoted that Baconchops overly exaggerated with his could of been killed comment.

Guess what, not a whiff of his quote in the edited version of the interview, how dare he disagree!

It's not funny but it is, if you know what I mean.

SSN are an absolute joke, so biased it's unbelievable.

Noticed that when they show the clips of asking other managers on their views they always start with Lennon agreeing with pisscan.

Thing is, whenever medical experts offer their opinion on anything they'll always caveat what they say to the max, it's conditioned into them. My brother's a doctor and he does it all the time. I could ask him if eating a lettuce could kill me and he'd say maybe, in order to cover his arse. No doctor is ever going to say that anything is totally safe, especially something that involves a degree of physical exertion.

I still reckon Taggart with withdraw or at least qualify his comment before their next match.

With good reason.

We'll hunt 'em down and tear 'em to shreds.
