I noticed on Saturday that Fernandinho was captain despite Silva, Kolarov and Toure being there, which is a break from Pep's previous "give the armband to whoever has the most appearances for City" policy.

I wonder if the new injury to VK has made him change policy and if so, will Fernandinho be the captain in his absence every week.

I don't condone what Aguero did, but it was a spur of the moment thing. What Fernandinho did was just so much worse - several pushes, a couple of throat grabs and then pushing Fabregas over. Fabregas deserves some respect for his zen.
