Fernando Torres considering his future....

Torres is finished, I honestly don't see why people want a striker who's been suffering from a lack of confidence for 2 years. That's not just a blip, that's a huge part of his career and a move to a club with the high profile of City wouldn't help him one bit.

Torres 3 years ago? Yes. Torres now ? Not a fucking chance.

I agree. Has gone a similar way to how Owen went with their initial injuries. Torres was never the fastest player but he got that injury, Liverpool supposedly played him for a long spell carrying this injury and then Chelsea bought him soon after.

These days he looks very slow, with very little confidence. Dzeko is a confidence player, and to have two on your books that need games and the opportunity to score goals to build belief is a risky move at our newfound level.

It's a no from me, rather move for Higuain who I rate (and another Argentinian, will find it easier to settle with the contingent we have).

If we could loan him for next season it would be fantastic. But that's not very likely.

And has he ever complained about not being a regualr starter? I think not. And also I think he has gained a lot of pace over the past month or so. I think he has more to offer.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. Just imagine an in-form Torres in a strike partnership with Aguero. Oh that would be amazing.

Get him in world class, low on confidence at the minute get him in for a reasonable fee and shift tevez!

I'd take an on-form, in-his-prime, Ronaldo (the real one) but I think there's only slightly less chance of me getting that than there is of us getting the Torres you want, he's gone.

I'd have him in a heartbeat, one of my favourite non city players. He'd flourish with the sort of service we could give him.

Totally disagree, the thing he's been lacking is confidence. You get that back, you get him back. Think he needs a change of surroundings, a fresh start. I'd love it if he signed for us.

Would love him at City, class player.

Wouldn't change our attacking line-up though if nobody wants to leave. Very strong, especially if Guidetti stays.
