How much is he worth? That's the thing, the transfer market is so distorted it's hard to say.

As he's at Liverpool, and it is us that's trying to buy him. I can imagine they'll want a transfer value of around £65-70 million. He's a poster boy, a global brand, a major source of revenue. His shirt sales alone goes through the roof. This is all what you don't get with Villa, Tevez etc. Therefore, that's how he can be valued at that, remember Ronaldo went for £80 million, and Ibra for 60.
