This - good central; midfielder who can play alongside Silva and give us cover - short term even Charlie Adam would do a job - If we want a wide player who can play upfront so no need for Jo the go for Aguero

As for your other points Balotelli looks on the face of it to be another crock and if he isnt it seems quite apparent that he has no intention of staying here long term. I would also not be surprised to see Tevez leave in the Summer.

Maybe we have an understanding with Chelsea and we'll nip in for Luiz once they tie up Torres. I can't see them coughing up for both.

Exactly. Torres is 27 in March. We have the above 3. They are good enough.
