Fernando stays at Porto till the end of season. City was allowed to pay 3/4M now but Porto wants to Fernnado stay and training apart of the group,he will not play anymore game till the end of season. he had a agreement with Porto for a new contract and he broke this agreement...

I have to assume something is lost in translation here or left out. If we're paying a fee, he's coming now. If we're not paying a fee, he's coming in the summer on a free.

I assume it's that City have offered a couple of million to take him now, but Porto's president would rather be spiteful and just let his contract run down and lose him for a free in the summer.
