So where is this up to?

From what i've picked up on twitter and other non credible outlets, we're in for Fernando but might get Mangala as well with Garcia going the other way as part of the deal and some City representitives have flown up to sort it out.

Yay or nay? Or ish?

Garcia put in the best performance of his City career under the guise of Nastasic, Pellegrini has flown to Malaga to meet Mangala, Fernando and Fernandinho are brothers from other mothers and meanwhile someone's singing ABBA songs to an octopus.

So its looking promising then?

Looks like it could be done, i think City wanted him for free in the summer but are wary of other teams interest so may bring it forward. As for Mangala that may be a summer move, maybe both will be tied up together. I would expect Fernando to happen more than Mangala.
