I watched a game at Norwich where he stood back horrified as Mickey Robinson was being kicked to shreds in a tag tackle by their neanderthal defenders (maybe in the hope that the blood soaked ball might trickle out for him to elegantly pass to someone else.)Bert Trautmann's Parachute said:He was a big disappointment, I agree. However, I don't remember anything about the transfer saga itself.I'm no cynic said:I'll have a guess and suggest it's Kaziu Deyna. Our first foreign import and coming from across the iron curtain and the Polish army, and with Swales and the Home Office involved, it took ages to sort out the paperwork. Deyna was already a veteran when he was signed, and the whole process seemed to add another year to his age. Apart from one game where he showed his old abilities, he spent his time at City playing like an OAP.Bert Trautmann's Parachute said:That'd be Nasri.
