Could someone clear this up for me, I notice a fair few posts recently regarding Hazard, Sinclair, Garcia and that these buys/missed opportunities where FS&TBs fault.

This is revisionist history and completely false correct? I remember missing Hazard and the spunking money on Sinclair was the last power struggle/mad scramble/cock up of Mancini vs Marwood before they came in.

If anyone could give me further information as I keep seeing people shouting off about them 'wasting £200million' and well, they ain't.

It annoys me when they are talked about as a pair who do the same job. They should be judged on their separate jobs. As for tkixi I don't think he can be judged for another couple of years when he can operate without FFP and when the the results of his main job which was to produce players from the academy are known, and looking at the EDS and U18 results he seems to be doing OK.
I do trust Khaldoun and the owner to act if they think somebody is failing.

With the Negredo sale we've spent around 66m net since Txiki took over.

Well, Negredo gave us 25 goals in a season and we made few bucks on him. That one is not bad I think.

Navas is giving us exactly what we paid for, you won't get better player for 15 mil. eur than him that easy.

Fernandinho is quality, he'll come back I hope, it's post WC season and he was never same after that German battering and injury he had in the second half of last season.

Far, far worse squads than us are doing far better in europe, so it's clearly not these guys fault. Always easier to blame the people who you can't see what they do, but the reality is that it's the manager and players who are responsible. The players we have are playing well below their level, which is nothing to do with Txiki or Soriano. (unless they are forcing Pellers to play this retarded 2 man midfield, which seems unlikely)

I'm not so sure anymore. The DoF decides the way we play and the manager's job is to implements that. No?
