Two footed and can play on either wing, though he has mainly played on the right.
If we are in for him, the club will have scouted extensively and will be confident he can play on the left.
Whatever winger we buy, they won’t be to play predominantly on the right when we already have Mahrez, Bernardo and Sterling who are at their best there.
I see. Fair pointNot when Sane played. This lad is being touted as Sane's replacement.
Hence the question about how this lad would fit in as Sane's replacement.
very much more skillful.Has been a star in the making at Valencia for years and the equivalent of someone taking Foden.
Their youngest ever CL goalscorer, their youngest player to reach 150 games, etc.
He could prove to be a really smart purchase... Or the next Navas. Only time will tell.
He's not a direct replacement as someone left footed who plays on the left, but Torres is still a winger in the true sense. The use of Sane was someone who could get behind the defence to put a cross in for Sterling to tap in. Pretty obvious, but Sterling isn't the type of winger who is used in the same way as Sane was. He's not good as good at crossing so he's usually the one ghosting in to put it into the net and used more of an inside forward. Not when Sane played. This lad is being touted as Sane's replacement.
Hence the question about how this lad would fit in as Sane's replacement.
