Looks like Valencia are dropping a press briefing as a lot of other outlets reporting the same. I can't imagine HH is really getting involved but maybe hes just got Peter Lims paypal from a previous ebay purchase or something.

Peter Lim probably has had dealings with Sheikh Mansour as they both hold investment portfolios. There are also strong links between Singapore and UAE, AFAIK Peter Lim did support the Singapore govt with some consultancy work at some point. It's not beyond the realms of possiblity that they were talking about business and this came up as a friendly thing, but an agreement being in place between the two of them sounds like absolute bollocks.
