If he plays on the left, he can invert like Mahrez does although he is more 2 footed and could go around the left as well. We could see the same pattern of play where on the right when Mahrez receives the ball Kev makes a run on the inside to deliver a cross. Foden could do the same with Torres receiving the ball on the left wing.
He could play on the right if say Kev isn't playing and we need someone to deliver a cross from that side. Perhaps Torres on the wing with Bernardo central.

Looks like he is getting frustrated at the inability of City and Valencia to agree a fee and trying to force it now.
