Feyenoord (H) | CL | Post Match Thread

He was feeling what we all were.

3-0 up, morale boosted, just see the game out.

Then we go all Sunday league for that first goal.

You would be hard pressed to find a worse sequence of “defending” anywhere.

He was obviously thinking for fucks sake what is wrong with these cunts?.
I don’t disagree about him thinking that, but he’s paid to manage the team and he didn’t do that tonight.

When their first went in, the team needed some reassurance, a few instructions or a bollocking. Stand up and offer something. Sitting there with his head in his hands can’t happen.

Four titles in a row, a treble, a champions league, not to mention almost every club in the country seemingly trying to copy his blueprint in some shape or form.......yet we go 6 shite games and folk are questioning Pep. Fuck sake, a fickle fickle bunch.

Pep is a genius. He takes a share of the blame for what's happened of late, but he'll face up to it and fix it.

The apparent lack of trust in him after how much he's earned it is shameful. Have a fucking word.
We cant blame Pep for professionals playing like knobheads but seriously he looked a bit broken tonight and that is a worry.

I thought we played well for the majority of the game. The second half we played really well.

Then the last 15 mins....

We just seem to be conceding with every chance against us at the moment.

It's a bad patch. We need Dias back and KDB match fit.

And just to remind some of you, we didn't lose tonight.

He's not been blameless but no coach in the world can do anything when your players make criminal mistakes and act totally unprofessionally in a mad fifteen minute spell. It was so bad it looked deliberate. You wouldn't see mistakes like that in Sunday league football.

Triple substitution with quarter of the game. Youth player in place of Ake, remove Gundogan who was controlling the game, and another youth player instead of Foden.

Not the first time we've lost control of a game with a triple sub.
Ake was our best player on the night for me. A commanding performance
