Would be my preferred choice as well. Possibly Wright over O’Reilly. Gotta try something new in midfield now. I can’t put into words how bad our midfield of Gundo, Bernardo and Rico were against Spurs. All 3 of them completely invisible, offering less than zero protection for the back 4. Spurs were slicing through our midfield like a hot knife through butter

Don't think it's mistakes as such, people can see he needs a rest before the weekend.

Maybe De Bruyne and Grealish are not match fit but how about starting them to hopefully get some early momentum, a couple of goals FOR (rather than against) - that should remove the nerves in other players minds.

On a different note I wonder if McAtee and Nunes should both start - fresh lags and energy???????????????
