Not at all, I am just getting in perspective the reaction of the press to this story and the way we tolerate this 'offence' within other sectors.
By all means go to the pub but please don't expect the corruption problem to disappear when Mr Blatter is dealt with.

I think it needs to be seen what comes out in the wash in the next few months before being so definitive.

If it was up to me I'd disband FIFA in its entirety, as I would the FA as it happens. Both (in their own way) are completely broken, ineffectual organisations.

Would you have preferred to keep the status quo? Blatter is a crook. He needed to be ousted. A total reform is needed. Hopefully this is the first step. Prince Ali is probably a puppet and hopefully he wont get in. This SHOULD be the platform for a review of the whole shebang. Termed presidents reintroduced, transparency introduced. I know these probably wont happen immediately and the next incumbent will probably hope all the kerfuffle dies down after Blatter is gone. Lets hope this is just the necessary fisrt step to complete reform or abolition.

Why not Germany has 1687 ranking points and God knows how many football teams and stadiums, where as Anguilla with 2 ranking points has one football pitch and a league of six teams.

On top of that despite being a member of CONCACAF none of the Anguillan teams have ever played in CFU Club Championship or CONCACAF Champions Cup, why should their vote count for the same value as that of Germany.

In this day of computer technology you could soon tot up all the ranking point that each candidate for president received.

He didn't back it, he said nice things about the bid which he did about every single bid including ours. Platini backed it which is why there's several billion pounds of Qatari investment in France right now and Platini's son works for the Qataris.

IIRC Blatter's preferred choice was Japan. Qatar was a UEFA idea, backed by UEFA candidates and pushed through by UEFA members. Platini was pretty much under orders by his close personal friend, the President of France to do whatever needed to be done to get the World Cup in Qatar so this is what he did
