BREAKING: Manchester City have avoided a transfer ban from FIFA for breaching rules on the transfer of minors. FIFA’s Disciplinary Committee have decided to fine Manchester City €370,000.

FIFA: "Manchester City was found to have breached FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players. The Disciplinary Committee took into account the fact that Manchester City accepted responsibility and sanctioned the club with a fine of 370,000 Swiss francs."
