No way we could be charged so near the transfer window opening if they had anything on City there would be no waiting to make it public and the press would have got wind of it anyway, Chelsea were charged at the end of March and it's nearly three months once they appealed so shortly would have done us by now if they could find anything

Have you though that they maybe trying to stop Pep buying any players. Afterall we have been linked with at least a dozen players since last march if not more. So by trying to put Pep of his game they will be trying to help Watford.

Just reading that FIFA have fined Anderlecht £155,000 for 4 breaches, so if we’re found guilty of 3, then surely we won’t be getting a transfer ban will we??

They’ve lost the appeal though and maybe it wasn't lifted because FIFA knew the appeal would be before the window. Now they will appeal to CAS and probable get it suspended until after that appeal.
