I'm inclined to agree, added to that the first touch of a number of our players has been quite poor.

I think the standard has improved massively over the previous 4 years, but now most of the top 15-20 teams are pretty close imo, maybe with the exception of one or two who are still on a higher level….England probably top 10 for me but I think they’ve looked and played better in Euros and declined since..
