it's hard to say her hand didn't go towards the ball

I know it's not intentional per se but it wasn't ball to hand, her hand went outwards towards the ball

It's a stupid shit rule and needs changing. Almost every movement players do on a football field needs their arms for balance. Handball is stopping a shot or a goal bound effort deliberately not this nonsense.
