It's a stupid shit rule and needs changing. Almost every movement players do on a football field needs their arms for balance. Handball is stopping a shot or a goal bound effort deliberately not this nonsense.

Again, agree generally, but that was exactly the type of handball we all want penalised.

She clearly intentionally played the ball, which the Spanish player had possession of, driving toward goal in the box.

Pretty cut and dry.
