Fantastic achievement from Jamaica to qualify from that group. Brazil were awful today but shouldn't take anything away from that. Who'd of thunk it? Wonder what the odds were of them getting through and Bunny not scoring.

There should be an explanation as to why only four minutes of added time were given when the time wasting by Jamaica warranted a lot more, which would be in keeping with what’s happening in the other games of this competition. But, oh well.

Shocked me a little when they only put 4 minutes on the board. Was expecting at least double that as there were a couple of "injury" stoppages to go along with the slow restarts and substitutions. As an example of the timekeeping there was 13 minutes added in the other game being played at the same time.

By group stages
England, Germany, Sweden and USA still look strong.
The chasing pack.... Japan look amazing, Colombia look tough and play a sly game. Netherlands and Australia look good as emerging teams.

Nigeria, Switzerland and Jamaica look good.... Better in defence than attack.

Knock out stages will be interesting.

Not sure. Maybe it has played into the us versus them attitude which Brexit has created.

30 yard free-kick to open the scoring in the Panama vs France game gave the underdogs a moment of pleasure in opening the scoring.
