Fighting in the concourse

Agreed. So many people want to play the "oh but they're not real fans" card. It doesn't matter and thats not a defense of it. They're buying home tickets.

I'm not saying it didn't happen before as that's blatantly not the case, but I really feel since COVID restrictions were permanently removed a lot of people have just forgotten how to act in public and a lot of this has just gotten worse.
You American? Defence ....Got

Correct but punch ups and parents worrying about their kids has been going on since time began. Sadly it won't change. Young males are prone to fight more readily, driven by egos and teresterone often fuelled by drink and/or drugs.
That’s ok then.

Fuck off dickhead. I hate the thought of a CHILD being beaten to fuck by a horrible **** or group of cunts. You are a fucking plank. Gangsta? Yeah right. Have you got kids? Nah I doubt you’ve ever even had a Donald
Ooooh get you, you sound dead scary

:-D

If you have a smoke stewards are on you in seconds yet a massive fight with serious injuries and no **** there?

Also why weren't blues diving in to stop it?

I was in that bar area pre game and there are about three stewards by some turnstiles to get in there and I think a coupe more stationed around the place. People may have jumped in to try and stop it, nobody here seems to have witnessed the full incident though to clarify what did happen and why.

I have two lads in their 20s. Both had big friend groups right through school. Of course they drunk from a young age, maybe took drugs but I can only think of a few times they came home and said they had been involved in or been in a fight. For some reason, I think this kind of male behavior is less than in the 70s and 80s when I was growing up. The streets and pubs seemed tougher then. Football was and in town centres you had to be careful. If it still happens it must be a lot less and carried out by lads who have not noticed the world has changed including football.

Lots of fans/tourists arriving now from other clubs.......just a guess but trouble is inevitable eventually.
