Films that are considered cult classics

A night in before payday so just flicking as tellys shite and found Demolition man on dave, left it on as I never minded it and am browsing here so its more background noise.
when it came out it was considered either a flop financially amd awful but now is considered a cult classic.
Now a lot of recognised great films as well as ones that were slated or bombed are seen as cult classics

The thing
They live
Big trouble in little china
Escape from new york
Dawn of the dead
halloween

are some of my favourites

what are others?
good selection there some I would consider b- movie type, big trouble in little china is in my all time top ten, might even stick it on now to watch the umpteenth time..would race with the devil be considered cult movie?fuck it forgot tremors which someone has posted and the fog seems John carpenter had a few considered cult ..

The Big Lebowski.

Bombed at the cinema, but now has a huge cult following.

A lot of cohen bros films are consdiered cult classics.
I think some directors like them and Carpenter have managed to make a career of cult films, maybe not intentionally but just because they became iconic.

Raising arizona
O brother where art though
millers crossing
barton fink
fargo
and many more
