A night in before payday so just flicking as tellys shite and found Demolition man on dave, left it on as I never minded it and am browsing here so its more background noise.
when it came out it was considered either a flop financially amd awful but now is considered a cult classic.
Now a lot of recognised great films as well as ones that were slated or bombed are seen as cult classics

Reservoir Dogs, when I was a projectionist at Cine City in Withington we showed that film for over two years six nights a week at 22:45 , the students would bring beer in and some smoked weed which we turned a blind eye too as long as they weren't fucking about and spoiling the film for everyone else.
