nothing wrong at all, it is vital, your team though is a second team, that is not rotating, that is full on dismantling the best team for an important cup tie.
Tommorrow if everyone is fit
Lescott, Vieira, SWP and Yaya go out.
Dzeko, Baloteli, Barry and Boateng come in.
Chelsea if everyone is fit
Boateng, Richards, Dzeko, Barry go out
Zabaleta, Milner, Yaya and Lescott come in.
Fair do's for resting yaya but tevez and silva and kompany must be 100% sunday
That is rotating and still putting out sides capable of winning you trophies.

So the team pretty much picks itself which is the problem - we can't keep playing the same players every 3-4 days.
But we keep doing it, and then people moan when performances dip.
This is what it's like at the end of the season - teams go out of competitions because they don't have the strength in depth. It's not reflection of the quality of the 1st 11, but of the 2nd 11.
