Just like magic ... it's dropped:

All of our Premier League fixtures in April have been scheduled for live TV coverage.

We start the month with the visit of Liverpool to the Etihad Stadium and the game will now take place on Saturday 1 April, with a kick-off scheduled for 12:30 (UK).

The following weekend, we travel to Southampton with the game now scheduled for Sunday 9 April with a 14:00 kick-off. However, the fixture could be rearranged to Saturday at 17:30 or 19:45 depending on City’s participation in the Champions League.

Our home game with Leicester City is now scheduled for Sunday 16 April with a 16:30 kick-off. That is dependent on City’s participation in the Champions League and Manchester United’s involvement in the Europa League and could be moved to Saturday at 17:30 or 19:45.

City’s game with Brighton at the Amex Stadium has been switched to Sunday 23 April with a 16:30 kick-off. However, the game with be rearranged if either Club reaches the semi-finals of the FA Cup.

Our visit to Fulham will now be played on Sunday 30 April with a 14:00 kick-off.

The game against Liverpool will be broadcast live on BT Sport for fans based in the United Kingdom as will the match against Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday 26 April with the kick-off scheduled for 20:00.

Sky Sports will broadcast the games live against Southampton, Leicester, Brighton and Fulham in the UK.

It’s odd that they just don’t move the Leicester game to the Saturday and the utd game to the Sunday, then it wouldn’t matter who was left in what competition.

That would need common sense, which is always lacking in the TV scheduling.
If ours needs moving back to saturday it could be 19-45 ko if the rags game stays at 17-30.

What an absolute shambles, such a massive "Fuck You" to the match going fan. May as well have not announced anything at all. It's not as if any of us have to book the time off work or book train tickets.

Time to end this outdated 3pm Blackout rule, I'm sick of trekking down to southampton for an 8pm kickoff and not getting back till 4am, just so the plastics can watch us from the comfort of their armchairs

At least we won that one in the PL, lost the next 5 though. It was the highlight off the season - 2 wins on the bounce.

So we play Arsenal the Wednesday after the Brighton game. The Brighton game has been rescheduled to the late game on Sunday. The Arsenal game that weekend has moved to the Friday evening. An extra 2 day rest. Conspiracy??

The Dipper’s will be our 3rd home game of the season at 12:30 on a Saturday. When they brought these in a few years ago (used to be 12:45) they were negotiated on the basis no clubs would get more than 2 per season. We’ve lost our last 2 12:30 games, Brentford and Rags. I hate this kick off time, the fans aren’t up for it and we rarely get a decent game, so fucking pissed off we now have two more with another few games left in April and May they can manipulate.

Just purely coincidental just like when Liverpool played most of their games before us putting extra pressure on our result. Nothing to see here, it all evens itself out. After all we have a 5.30ko on Saturday after an away game on Wednesday in the CL meaning we have a couple of extra hours. Also means the time between our next game is even less as we play on Tuesday.

The Brighton game will be moved for fa cup if we progress.
