When the Arsenal game was postponed 11th March 2020 the club did say all Ticket Exchange sales would be honoured however that ST Holders who wanted to go would be able to have first dibs on any tickets at ST prices.

We don't know how the above would work as it never happened, and there were a lot selling as the fixture was only confirmed on 4th March 2020, City were not in contention in the league, and there was likely to be slack when rearranged.

The club also want it both ways, if someone buys your ticket/s and cancels with a few days to go (happened last season a lot when the club reduced all prices to £30 and people rebought) the club denies it was ever sold even though they told you it had and it showed as sold in 2 places on your account, and it becomes your liability at short notice. When raised as an issue with the club it doesn’t get past the front line.

It will be a mess as those who bought tickets from the club and exchange will wait for the new date, then a lot will cancel, and quite a few more will want to sell, and there is no online way to cancel a ticket to a rearranged game. Plus the buyer can still cancel until the last week, so even if you sold, and wanted to sell, you could be lumbered at short notice. Without a clear written policy what could go wrong?

Just seen this with Rangers game with Napoli, what are the chances they do the same with us against Dortmund & fuck over our fans who have booked to go to the away game out of fairness fucking ridiculous

Digusting on the Napoli fans.

The chances are virtually zero. Confirmed already all other games go ahead as planned. It’s due to police resources in Glasgow/Edinburgh on the Tuesday. It’s nonsense but we aren’t affected (at least on this occasion)

Wouldn’t say zero at all they’ve only just announced this. Don’t get how the police resources in Glasgow be any different to what they are in Manchester.

I don’t see how that can happen as someone else has already purchased them. They must surely be valid to them for the rearranged date.
Me and my lad went to the ticket store on Friday and my son asked them what happens to the ticket that he's had sold for the Spurs game They told him that the supporter that bought the ticket would be reimbursed and the ticket would be returned to the season ticket holder. In 2014 we had complementary tickets for the Sunderland match that was called off because of gale force winds. When the game was replayed we tried to get into the ground on them tickets, we couldn't as they had been given back to the season card holder.

They aren't complementary on the exchange and it was Viagogo then, completley different.

I doubt City made a decision on Friday.

About time the Premier league decided if weekends games go ahead as people have plans to make.
It’ll actually be a harder choice to make for them. It will depend on policing availabilities, unlike this weekend.

There’ll be millions descend on London including royalty and dignities from other countries to sort out.

Which might involve roping police in from other forces too. Hopefully they will go ahead but one or two may be brought forward. I can’t see them wanting any London games on Sunday.

Bloody hell... was that 8 years ago?

5 hour drive to Manchester, parked up on Ashton New Road, got to the ground and nearly got run over by a programme stall.

Got some chips at Tony's and drove 5 hours home.

Happy times.

Cheers, I hope that is the case
