Flexi Gold season ticket | Wolves window open

295 max last season including the renewal points, compared to 1,150 possible for a ST holder going to the same homes games.

The only ones that will have high points are the ones that gave up a ST and got one again, however it would take a few seasons to get to the required Member games, and is an unlikely scenario that someone gives up a ST yet decided to spend more going to less games for a few years. Possible but not plausible.
What do you mean by renewal points and how does anyone ST holder get more points? Dont the flexis get the same points if on a cup scheme?

Mine wasn't showing at 10, but I checked at 11 and was able to buy my ticket.

Coffee break took too long for ICT people at the club today ;-)
I usually leave it until the afternoon or the day after the window opens, always works then.

A regular Gold ST gets 190 points for renewing each season.
To the best of my knowledge the cup scheme points are the same for a Flexi as for a regular Gold but someone may know better than me.

that 190 is 10 points for 19 games.
The flexi gets it at 10 per game so if they attend them all gets the same 190 for the PL Season.

How does the ST holder get 1150 but the flexi gets 295 for attending the same home games? Is that the difference of having platinum?

19 league games, 5 CL, 2 FA & 1 LC = 27 home games (10 points each = 270) plus 25 for Matchday membership = 295

270 x 2 for Platinum = 540. Plus 600 for being in all cup schemes = 1140.

I'm off for a lie down

ha Thanks. The flexi holder could be in the cup schemes though

Please does anybody know when the window is to purchase West Ham home? Not had an email in ages about upcoming games abd conscious I've missed the window following a hectic week.

The response was to the points a Member would have who qualifies for Flexi, not on the Flexi itself which is new.

Lots of people reporting issues with FlexiGold this morning. Apparently Brighton window is open (and some members weren't made aware). Others are being overcharged for the game.

You've got to feel for those on a FlexiGold.... With proper seasoncards you don't have to mess around like this. Must be so frustrating.

No issues my side. The club don't tend to send the notification that the window is open until the afternoon of the first day of opening.

I know there is frustration at these Flexi Gold season tickets, but honestly, it couldn't have worked better for my lad so far this season. Every time I have had to go on and sort his ticket, it's been a breeze. I set reminders in my calendar when City send their email out a couple of months in advance telling you when the window will be for upcoming fixtures.

I just hope the club continue to turn these Flexi Gold season tickets into Platinum or Gold ones for next year as they did this year. My lad won't miss a home game this and will certainly meet the 16 game criteria.

Can anyone please remind me about the rules?

With forthcoming Chelsea at home, I will have attended 10 PL games... does this mean I'll qualify for a season ticket next season as well?

Trying to find out from City how this works for my little one is hard work. I’ve been a ST holder for 23 years but want to start bringing my little 6 year old with me to games because they’re desperate to come with.

He’s a junior member and linked to my ST account, City have confirmed. I just don’t know how that translates to him being eligible for a flexi access ST/normal ST from next season.

I think City can’t tell me because it’s not been announced yet but still, there must be some indicators.

From what I understand…

7 personal attendances and 3 transferred (minimum) means you can renew your flexi gold. So you’re fine now to be able to renew.

16 personal attendances allows you to upgrade to a gold season ticket next season.

I can't see it on the club site now. I assume it's still there somewhere. But the Evening News quoted what it did say earlier in the season.

"City confirmed that any Flexi Gold Season Ticket Member who purchases 16 or more home Premier League matches throughout a season will be eligible to change to a Gold, Platinum or 93:20 Season Ticket for the following season"

I said this to the lady on the phone… but she was adamant it had to be 16 attended (scanned in) not just purchased.

I questioned it because I will buy all mine as it’s only £14.50 per game for me. So if I attended 15 in person but couldn’t make 4 (still purchased though) I wouldn’t be able to upgrade according to the lady I spoke to…

Last year it was definitely attended. We tried to buy for my nephew before Bournemouth when he had attended 15 but had bought Bournemouth which was his 16th purchase and they wouldn't let us.
