Flexi Gold season ticket

Actually starting to get really pissed off with this now.

So I didn't buy during the window for Everton because I wanted to sit with 2 people. As it so happens the 2 seats next to my ST are free so I've gone to book all 3 and they're trying to charge me full price and not the ST price to sit in my own seat after having paid the £150 up front at the start of the season I refuse to give them more in the hope that I'll be refunded.

Probably lose out on the tickets by the time they've responded.

So do we only get the 'ST price' if we buy in the 4 day window?

Yes unfortunately, you get the sc price in the 72 hour window tues to Fri.

After that, they assume you don’t want it so your seat is now up for grabs for anyone. I don’t think you’re going to get anywhere with it. It’s another way for the club to squeeze that extra cash!
 
FLEXI GOLD WINDOW IS NOW OPEN FOR WEST HAM ON 4/01/25.

Easy to miss if the email reminder doesn't come through on time.

Has anybody been successful in appealing to the Club after missing the FG purchase window?

I spent last week griping on here about FG and missed the fucking window :-)

Tbf, I didn't receive the reminder emails until 18:30 on Friday night, too late!

I managed to speak with the ticket office on Saturday lunchtime and all looked promising, until the girl realised my Junior had already been sold to someone else. She couldn't sell me another.

I know tickets are available to buy now but they are £40!

I have sent numerous emails and called them but missed the 1 call back they give you after opting for a call rather than waiting in the queue, as my mobile did not connect with them.

After last night's shit show you wonder why you bother at times.

I need an under 18 ticket in SS2. I'll be there anyway as a long standing FOC.

Newcastle 21 Jan - 24 Jan
Liverpool 28 Jan - 31 Jan

I’ve never done this myself but mate of mine said it shows full price until you get to the checkout/payment screen then it updates to your flexi rate. No idea if that’s right or not but he was adamant it worked for him for the one he missed the window on
 
The main thing that I’m not liking with my sons flexigold season ticket is that if I apply and receive ticket ie Brighton then you then cannot transfer it to someone else in your f&f if for some reason he can’t make it.
Wish I’d never gone flexi for him.
Tried for the Newcastle game and there was no way to do it
