I am wondering if you can use your Match ticket from Berlin to Leipzig on the day of the game similar to dortmund

I don’t think so mate, the free match day travel in Germany is usually only within the same region (Saxony, in the case of Leipzig), and Berlin is in a different region. But the intercity Deutsch Bahn train is pretty cheap tbh for that route if you book in advance
