2K per hour? I'd go 3K per hour * 40 hours per week = 120K per week * 50 weeks (he can fuck off for the other 2 weeks if he's getting paid by hour) so 6M per year. Plus a cake and an umbrella.

They have lost a right back and replaced with a very good right back for a small fee.
