How about fish & chips covered in deep fried spaghetti?
You simply could not find or buy some of the dishes he comes up with in any restaurant in Italy.
As a 'chef' he is a complete fraud.
Not trying to pull rank, but I speak with some authority on the subject of chefs. You might not like him or his food, but he's anything but a fraud in that regard.
