He is complete and total tw@t. Do not under estimate just how much of a tw@t this man is. It won't be long before he is yet on another publicity seeking crusade to get 'football fans to eat healthy' why on earth we brought him in to do our catering is beyond me. His food is over complicated, pretentious and over priced. He'll have 'Jools' on the payroll next - you just watch
As 'celebrity chefs' go, his food is anything but complicated or pretentious.

Completely subjective.

How about fish & chips covered in deep fried spaghetti?
You simply could not find or buy some of the dishes he comes up with in any restaurant in Italy.
As a 'chef' he is a complete fraud.
Of course it's subjective. That's sort of the point of a forum.

Not trying to pull rank, but I speak with some authority on the subject of chefs. You might not like him or his food, but he's anything but a fraud in that regard.

I've never eaten his food, so it's hard to say if its any good or not, eaten at a lot of "celebrity chefs" restraints and they've all been good, Gary Rhodes probably my favourite

What happened to that guy who came onboard when City Square first opened?

Forgot his name, proclaimed to be a Blue and made some decent Potato Hash, lol...

Was a renowned Chef apparently.

I agree. I've been to Italy several times, and although Italian food is regional, I've never seen a dish like he puts together.

He's got one of those smug faces and needs locking In a wardrobe to be brought out now and again, to be slapped and then locked back in.

Now Gary Rhodes is a proper chef! Technically faultless. He may be a Rag but he is a superb chef. Makes Mr Oliver look like the amateur he is.

Gordon is there a subject, any subject which you don't 'speak with some authority' on?

Yes. Those subjects that I don't speak on.

Small bottle of Fanta for my daughter was £2.50 last season. I'm not renewing this season so I won't be getting ripped off when I can't afford to do so. Plus imagine the size of the queues at the kiosks if it was cheap!
