Back on topic:
Black pudding and apple makes a great stuffing for pork steak.

Chunky chips and raw onion.

Oysters (or any seafood, actually) and Guinness.

Traditional Irish style pig's toes and Guinness.

Nicest thing I've ever eaten was wild boar and monkfish.

Mashed up parsnips and carrots with cheese on top

Stir some ketchup into your leftover carrot & parsnip mash. Place little dollops of same on an oven dish that's been lined with greaseproof paper and roast in a hot oven for 10-15min.
They come out like tiny, crunchy, veggie biscuits. Had this round a friend's house tonight. Delicious!
