Mashed up parsnips and carrots with cheese on top

Stir some ketchup into your leftover carrot & parsnip mash. Place little dollops of same on an oven dish that's been lined with greaseproof paper and roast in a hot oven for 10-15min.
They come out like tiny, crunchy, veggie biscuits. Had this round a friend's house tonight. Delicious!

but you are wrong about the beans and corned beef give it a try It really works and I am in the food industry somethings just work like crispy bacon brie and cranberry sauce wrong but some how works
