Tripe, especially when cooked in milk by your gran.

Gotta go for the intensely flavoured Chinese dish. Stinks the place out but got a strange moreishness about it due to the rich, heavy, dark sauce.

Reminds me of the homemade spring rolls at the old Ocean takeaway in Woodsend, Flixton.
Looked like knobbly bubbled turds, but tasted heavenly!
