Food you get from your local butchers?

Ive worked in 3 butchers and a slaughterhouse, the things that go on in the back shop is shocking.

If stuck for cash here's an idea to make money go a bit further, I get a pigs head from local butchers for free or for a few quid and it makes a load of meals.

Just need to peel of the face from the skull and separate the cheeks

Pig cheeks

absolutely gorgeous meat, full of flavour

Amazing Stock and scrambled pig brains

Spicy sizzling sisig or Haggis (optional)

Crunchy pigs ears

too chewy for me, but great for dogs

Let me know if you need any tips on preperation

Cheers stonerblue, feeling quite peckish, would love a spit roast pig now

that headcheese looks awesome, there is an option to turn it into a pate, it's an awesome article and something I will surely try
