As I said at the time, FFP is the most corrupt thing in football, so I have absolutely no issue whatsoever with whatever the club wants to do to make it irrelevant.

Part 2 doesn't really appear to have much to it.
It's an analysis of the image rights offshoot set up to shift costs, but with a large recharge to the club.
It does however claim that AD funded the image rights, and thus was backdoor funding.
Other than that, I can't see too much there that won't have been known at the time of the sanction, although economic types may see more in it.
