To be honest mate, it increasingly sounds like Uefa aren't the bogey man we have long thought?

The leaks, if nothing else, suggest they were putting on a show to appease the clubs we know have it in for us, yet were still on our side to a degree, certainly under threat of legal action.

Most pertinent are the emails from Platini to Vieira asking him to covey to our owner that they liked what he was doing with the club and to ignore what they would be saying in public.

We are part of the establishment whether our rivals like it or not.

It depends who you are classing as "UEFA".

UEFA jumped in to bed with the ECA / G14 by giving them huge influence on the UEFA / FFP boards.

It was clearly never Infantino and Platini that had an axe to grind about City. It was Gill, Rumenigge and the other self-serving pricks from the G14.

It's them who concocted the ridiculous FFP rules, and I suspect it's probably them who is leaking this information when they discovered their own rules were toothless in stopping us.

As far as I'm concerned, my booing is aimed directly at the likes of Gill and Rumenigge. And by extension, it's aimed at the likes of Infantino and Plattini for not having the balls to stand up to them and tell them to fuck off when they tried to bring in FFP.

Really we should have nipped FFP in the bud and took it through the courts instead of accepting the "pinch". The whole thing is just ridiculous. So coming off our most successful season ever this happens, Amazon do a documentary no other team has ever had, we are shown that we could dominate hevleague for years and possibly Europe and this happens how am I not shocked, other big boys know their time is up and will do anything to get at us.
