It doesn’t look good though, Ruben Kazan were banned from all European competitions for something far less serious(over a billion less) than what the owners of City and PSG have allegedly done. Inter Milan were also imposed heavily for something far less serious and lost half their team as a result.

It was Rubin Kazan's third breach.

Their first was at the same time as ours. They reached a settlement with UEFA just like us.

No you're absolutely right, that's exacly what happened. It's not our influence or any other bollocks we know the fuckers tried to hurt our business model by breaking EU laws and we threatened to go the courts.

Not sure we were " happy with ", but more took the pragmatic view that it was better at the time to take the financial hit .

If UEFA had continued to be cnuts with us, then I suspect that our owners would have forced the issue and taken the matter to the courts.

I thought the main part of the article was about the "old" European sides forming a Super League with "newcomers" like City being asked to join as well? The FFP was lower down the articles page. Maybe I'm wrong.

Not sure I really understand the question. A conspiracy between who?! Regardless, as mentioned the timing of the article obviously has nothing whatsoever to do with the derby so it’s a moot point.
