Come to think of it the question was probably in regards to PSG chairman being voted onto the UEFA executive council.

Thats not good news for City.
Probably not given the political tensions, however if PSG get leeway on financial issues due to Al-Kelaifi's influence then precedents will be set, that could inadvertently help us.

It got taken that "concrete case" meant "solid with basis" - possibly as that's what some media decided it meant.
In Slovenian (?), it looked like a mistranslation of "specific".
