Im currently sat in 7th after 25 games with Blackpool, i was knocked out of both cups first round entered but did play weakened team, im playing a 4-5-1 with 2 wingers and a defensive midfielder, Christian Benitez has been outstanding for me he has scored 21 in 23, my other star performer has been Junior Stanislas who i have on loan, trouble is Chelsea and the scum want Benitez already and i doubt i will be able to afford junior in summer, i just signed dede and andy king in the january transfer window, i was hoping to just avoid relegation but now looking at finishing top half. In the summer i defo need a new keeper Kingson is awful and had to sell Gilks to raise funds, oh and dont sign jay demerit on a free for a premiership club hes been shocking but was amazing on my Leicster save. Will report back when season finishes.
 
how do you get your youngsters that you send out on loan more games, I think it's really hindering some of my players progress like Boyata, Bunn, Guidetti etc. and the guys that do get games Perrotta, Thiago are coming on leaps and bounds.

Can't for the life of me get Cairney to go out on loan which means he's not developing so will end up leaving, shame because I really like him but haven't got room for him in the first team.
 
The first thing i do when at a club is release all coaches and bring the best possible for the club im at, then i set up different training routines for different positions and then different regimes again for youth players where i focus more on physical attributes, if done right i dont send my players out on loan i let them play together in the same formation as my first team, in the edl and then play them together in cup games aswell. On my city save, i have a quality reserve team playing together all time and their attributes flying up cairney and babacar being my 2 standout youngsters
 
Can you recommend a good keeper that will cost under 2million after 1st season is over? I was thinking of getting Alex Smithies but not sure if hes good enough for the prem

Is there no good ones on a free transfer? I think Carrizo's(sp) contract ends in 1st season, hes at Lazio. If not then look at getting an older keeper either on the cheap or on loan until someone suitable comes available. Looks at the likes of Cudicini or maybe Given if Hart is 1st choice.

Make sure you loan them to a team that wants him as a valuable member of the 1st team not for cover. Then look for the best team with that, for example if it was between QPR, Barnsley or Bournemouth then send him to QPR because he will improve more if hes playing in a winning team. Is Cairney rejecting to go out on loan or is noone offering?
